We’re in search of a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. You’ll serve as the initial touchpoint for our customers who have questions, complaints, or need assistance with subscription cancellations. Your natural empathy and strong problem-solving skills will be vital in preserving high levels of customer satisfaction.
– Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, social media, and live chat.
– Processing cancellations, managing complaints, and providing suitable solutions and alternatives within time limits, following up to ensure resolution.
– Developing a thorough understanding of our services and customer needs to recommend additional features or upgrades when suitable.
– Recording details of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
– Collaborating with the team to continuously enhance the customer experience and service processes.
– Past customer service experience in a tech/SaaS environment is preferred but not required.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in English.
– Comfortable with technology, including knowledge of Google Suite, and able to learn our customer service system quickly.
– Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to multitask and prioritize.
– High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
